We are finalizing the silent auction now so that we can have an auction that flows smoothly and a fabulous auction handbook. If you have any outstanding auction solicitations out there, PLEASE finalize and get them to me ASAP. I am starting to layout auction booklet on Monday, February 17. The auction is a major money maker for this event and provides for a huge percentage of this event’s success. If you haven’t checked backed in with your potential donors, this a great excuse (”We are finalizing our auction program and we would really like to include you before it goes to print…”).
